This is a cake for a little girl’s 1st birthday. She was having her party at the Pumpkin Patch. How cute is that?! The cake is half chocolate/half vanilla, butter cream filling,covered and decorated in fondant.

It is February, the month of love. To start the month off right, I made this cake for my two girls. It is dark chocolate cake with butter cream icing topped with marshmallow fondant. My apologies for the dark picture. I need better photo lighting!!
Nativity Scene Cake

I made this cake for a family luncheon. I was requested to make a Happy Birthday Jesus cake and decided that the nativity scene is a perfect reminder of the true meaning of Christmas. The cake is white with butter cream icing. The accents are hand cut from MMF.
Leg Lamp Cake

It’s a major award!! It is a leg lamp based off of “A Christmas Story”. It is Strawberry flavored with Bavarian Cream between the layers. Covered with butter cream and then topped and decorated with Fondant. I had a hard time getting the proportions right, but I think it turned out alright.
