Here is a cake I made for a lovely lady celebrating her daughter’s birthday. The cake was yellow with butter cream filling and topped with fondant and gumpaste accents.

I don’t do gumpaste figures that much. I’m not great at them. This is my attempt at Spider-Man. I had to get a little help from my brother because the first attempt looked more like frog leg man! This version looks much better. The cake is chocolate with buttercream filling. Covered in fondant.
This cake is for a young man that has a new passion for photography. The main part of the camera is white cake, the lens chocolate. Buttercream filling with chocolate fondant. This is the first time doing a camera cake and I am rather pleased with myself.
Here is a cake created for a girl turning 9. The cake is inspired by a cake from Pink Cake Box. This is the first time I’ve done a topsy-turvy cake. It gave me challenges to say the least. I think it turned out decent, but hopefully I will do much better next time. The bottom tier is white, middle tier chocolate and top tier strawberry. Buttercream filling covered in Marshmallow Fondant and decorations.
I created this cake for a surprise birthday party for the client’s boyfriend. All butter-cream except for the fondant letters and the silver dragees. The cake was butter flavor. It is not very often I do mostly butter-cream only on the icing, but I really enjoyed doing this one.

Butter cream filling. The hounds-tooth pattern was the MOST time consuming thing I have ever had to do. The image of this isn’t that great. I really do need to stop taking pics of my cakes with my camera phone!!
Here is a cake that I made for a handsome little boy turning 3 yrs old. It is a Butter cake with butter cream, topped and decorated with fondant. This one was a lot of fun to make.
