Here is a cake I made for  a little boy turning 8 yrs old. The cake is vanilla flavor with buttercream filling, covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant. I really enjoyed making this cake!!

This was made for a Lion King themed baby shower. The cake is white with buttercream icing, covered in fondant.  I used Lion King figurines and made the tree out of modeling chocolate.

This cake was designed for a hot wheels theme. The cake is marble with butter cream filling, then covered in chocolate ganache and fondant. I really enjoyed attempting to make the bottom tier look like a tire!

This is a cupcake tower I did for a sweet little girl turning 2 yrs old. The cupcakes were half vanilla and half chocolate. The Elmo was made out of modeling chocolate.

Here is a cake I made for a little girl turning 3 yrs old. The cake is strawberry with butter cream filling, covered and decorated in fondant. The shoe is made out of chocolate. This is the first time I’ve attempted to make a chocolate shoe and I’m thrilled with the results! I love the fact that you actually would want to eat the shoe, compared to a gum paste shoe which isn’t very tasty.
