This is a grooms cake I made for a dear friend of mine. It is dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream. The plaque was a bit of a challenge, but I think it turned out well.

Here is a cake I did for a groom that loves his guns. I did the gun at the size of an real glock gun. The gun itself was made out of rice crispy treats, then covered in fondant. The cake is german chocolate with buttercream filling and covered, decorated in fondant.

This is a grooms cake I made for a police officer. I love the headline on this cake! The cake is spice with cream cheese buttercream. The cuffs and keys are toys.

This is the 2nd Royal Flush cake I’ve done. This is all Spades for the young fellow’s birthday. I really enjoy making these cakes as I am a fan of poker! The cake was chocolate with butter cream icing, covered and decorated in fondant.

Here is the cake I made for the clients grandfather. If I remember correctly, he was turning 80 yrs old and has a great affection for the Roulette table. The cake was chocolate with butter cream filling, covered in fondant.
