This is wedding cake for with a beach themed wedding. The bride found a similar design online that she loved. Unfortunately, I’m not sure who the original designer is. The cake is butter with buttercream filling, covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant, decorated in fondant.
The bride wanted black and white alternating tiers with scroll work. I decided to use a pattern from my cricut cartridge. I think it turned out lovely. The cake is vanilla with butter cream filling, covered in fondant. The cake later had red roses added. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a photo of it.
This is a grooms cake I made for a police officer. I love the headline on this cake! The cake is spice with cream cheese buttercream. The cuffs and keys are toys.
This is a wedding cake made with cream cheese butter cream and candy pearl accents. The flowers are made from gum paste.
This cake is very dear to my heart as it is MY wedding cake!! Although I had so much going on, I could not imagine having someone else make it, so I made it just how I wanted. I decided to keep the design very simple. The cake was vanilla with caramel butter cream filling, covered in white chocolate ganache and finally fondant. The flowers I purchased from a wonderful seller (which slips my mind at the moment). I just loved them and didn’t have the time to make those myself.
Here is the cake I made for my younger brother and his bride-to-be. She wanted something simple, yet classic and this is what we came up with. The cake is vanilla with butter cream icing. This is my first try with cornelli lace and it is a bit more difficult that I had thought it would be, but I think it still turned out well.
